Why we started the EUREGIO Procurement Innovation Center
We started EPIC because procurement operates in a new business environment: regulatory pressures, geopolitical risk, sustainability demands, and the advance of Artificial Intelligence changed the business environment. Procurement moved from a cost-focused function to a strategic risk management and value creation capability.
Practitioners quickly adapt their strategies, but often without clear frameworks. We started EPIC to bring clarity to complexity, connecting industry and academia.
